Lilin Merah [1998] 

 Adakalanya kesendirian menjadi hadiah ulang tahun yang terbaik. Keheningan menghadirkan pemikiran yang bergerak ke dalam, menembus rahasia terciptanya waktu. Keheningan mengapungkan kenangan, mengembalikan cinta yang hilang, menerbangkan amarah, mengulang manis keberhasilan dan indah kegagalan. Hening menjadi cermin yang membuat kita berkaca—suka atau tidak pada hasilnya. Lilin merah berdiri megah di atas glazur, kilau apinya menerangi usia yang baru berganti. Namun, seusai disembur napas, lilin tersungkur mati di dasar tempat sampah. Hangat nyalanya sebatas sumbu dan usailah sudah. Sederet doa tanpa api menghangatkan mu di setiap kue hari, kalori bagi kekuatan hati yang tak habis dicerna usus. Lilin tanpa sumbu menyala dalam jiwa, menerangi jalan setapakmu ketika dunia terlelap dalam gelap. Berbahagialah, sesungguhnya engkau mampu berulang tahun setiap hari. 

 Red Candle [1998] 

There is a time loneliness becomes the best birthday gift. The silence presents a thought through the secrets of time creation. The silence reminds memories, restores the lost love, flies rage, repeats the beautiful success and failure. Silent becomes a mirror that allows us to reflect – whether agree or not with the result. Red candle stands majestically on glazing; glitter flames light up the new age. However, after the blow of the breath, a candle fell down and extinguish in the bottom of the bin. Warm its flames limited wick and it is over. A row of prayer without a fire, warms every single day, and it gives the strength ever and after. Candles without wick lit in the soul, light your foot paths up when the world fell asleep in the dark. Be happy, actually you can have birthday every day.
